How we work.

01. Discovery

We start with a questionnaire covering your business, your customers, your goals, and your busiest times of year. Fill it in yourself, or we can go through it together, in person on Gozo, or remotely. Either works.

02. Review

We go through your answers, look at your existing channels, and come back with any questions. We won’t put a plan together until we properly understand your business.

03. Strategy

We audit your channels, look at your competitors, and build your content plan. You’ll get a Strategy and Content Plan document to review before we talk it through — call or meeting, your choice. From questionnaire to first post typically takes one to two weeks.

04. Execution

Once the plan is agreed, we get on with it. Images, captions, scheduling, all sorted. If you want to approve content before it goes out, we’ll share posts at least 14 days ahead so you have time to review without it becoming a last-minute job.

05. Report

After the first month, you’ll receive a report by email: what’s working, what isn’t, and what we’d do differently. We won’t dress up poor performance, there’s no point in either of us pretending.

06. Refine

Every three months we review results, what’s changed in your business, and what needs adjusting. In person or remotely. This is how the work stays relevant rather than just consistent.

Yes — content approval is available as an add-on for our first two tiers. Your content is scheduled in advance through our management platform, so you have time to review before anything is posted.

No. That’s the point. You’ll hear from us when there’s something that needs your input, and you’ll receive your monthly report — but the day-to-day is handled by us.

We review and update the content plan every quarter as standard. If you need to make changes outside of that, we ask for 14 days’ notice so we can plan around it.

All packages have a 3-month minimum period. After that, they roll monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
